As the founder and owner of Ignyte Consulting., Shanté Cotton is an Empowerment Life Strategist Coach for women who are transition to find out their purpose in life. Shante' is an encourager, inspirer, and motivator. She has completed her training in Life Coaching by the Life Coaching Institute with Dr. Shad Helmstetter, has done extensive research in positive perception and is a lifetime learner of personal development. Shanté has been certified as a Strategic Life Planning Coach with The Mullings Group. She is passionate about the development of women. Her mission is help women survivors of Domestic Violence rebuild their lives and to use her voice to inspire all women to know their self worth and to move forward into their Destiny and Purpose. Shante's vision is for every woman to know their self-worth and value.
Shante' Cotton is a Domestic Violence Advocate. She volunteers as a Certified Domestic Violence Speaker with the Mecklenburg County Women's Commission & United Family Services Speaker's Bureau. She was recently certified as a Teen Dating Violence Speaker with UNCC and is a member of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Council (DVAC), Shanté also serves as a board member for the City of Charlotte Domestic Violence Advisory Board. All members are appointed by and report to the City Council and Board of County Commissioner's. Shante' seeks to promote awareness on the issues concerning Domestic Violence in her community and her vision is to see it ended completely. She has over seven years experience within the Corporate Arena and is a graduate of BrookStone College of Business where she completed studies in Accounting Systems Technology.
